New Version of Slast and Website.

We have actually been working on Slast over the past year. Mainly trying out different ways of building live cd's. We have decided to go with the Debian Live project and with the help of Mr Alk, we are are confident that this will build us the most functional cd we can have.

Some of the crazy things that we want to have is the ability to have a package manager to update packages, ease of building custom cd's, ease of updating and maintaining Slast, ability to install Slast to hard drive or usb drive, gui, better documentation, stuff like that.

Our new gui is Xfce, we hope to do more customization in the future. This allows us to provide better documentation via web browser, and make the Slast cd, not so command line scary. Yet with all this fancy stuff, Slast still boots into a shell.

With our better build process, Slast should have more frequent updates, maybe we should shoot for one Slast release for every version of Asterisk. That's a tall order.

2.6 works in Slast, I hope to have that live cd up very soon.
